Madison residential streets won't be plowed after light snow

Update 10:30 a.m. — Chris Kelley, Madison’s streets superintendent, said the city would keep 30 salt trucks out on the major arterials all day, but wouldn’t plow residential streets because only 2.1 inches of snow fell.
