Oklahoma inmate charged with 1990 rape in Iola, called 'person of interest' in 1992 double homicide in Weyauwega

A former Wisconsin man now being held in Oklahoma is facing a charge of first-degree sexual assault for a rape on Nov. 5, 1990 in Waupaca County, authorities reported. Glendon C. Gouker, 41, allegedly forced the then-20-year-old female victim to go with him to Taylor Field Park in Iola, where he assaulted her and threatened her while wearing a mask, according to a news release Monday from the Waupaca County Sheriff’s Department and Wisconsin Attorney General J.B.
