Fish Hatchery/Beltline work causes confusion

Drivers at a busy intersection on the city's south side are doing a new exercise: Speed Up, Slow Down, Veer Left, Veer Right. New lane markings in the construction zone on Fish Hatchery Road at the Beltline are causing fits, with two "right turn only" lanes in quick succession in the southbound lanes, and a confusing mix of old, ground-out markings and newly-painted markings in the northbound lanes.
