Separate trial ordered for 1 of 3 charged in June shooting death

A judge on Thursday ordered a separate trial for one of three men charged with a drug-related shooting death of an Iowa man in Fitchburg in June. Dane County Circuit Judge Ellen Berz said that Bobby Hogans, 22, who is charged with felony murder and armed robbery for the death of Samuel J.
