Police looking for man missing since December

Madison and Janesville police are looking for a 25-year-old homeless man who hasn't been seen since before Christmas. Ryhene Jamel Thomas, who goes by the name Jamel, had been staying at a homeless shelter in Madison but hasn't been seen since Dec. 22, near a gas station in Janesville. Full Story: Madison.com
