Bar customer arrested, accused of causing disturbance

A customer at a downtown bar was arrested early Wednesday morning after allegedly causing a disturbance and making threats to kill people. Andrew Lochmann, 22, of Sarona, Wis., was tentatively charged with battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, the Madison Police Department said in a news release.
