Man ordered to stand trial in killing of half-brother

A Madison man accused of torturing and killing his disabled half-brother has been ordered to stand trial. Jeffrey Vogelsberg appeared in Dane County Circuit Court on Thursday for a preliminary hearing. The 28-year-old is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and being party to the crime of hiding a corpse. His bail was previously set at $1 million. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
