Madison man kidnapped, beat his wife, court documents allege

A Madison man is in Dane County Jail on tentative charges of kidnapping and battery after he beat his wife and took her to a hotel in Lake Delton against her will, court documents allege. Andres J. Uscanga, 20, was arrested Tuesday, Madison police said. According to a search warrant filing in Dane County Circuit Court, Uscanga was found in the Skyline Hotel and Suites in Lake Delton with his wife, Frankie R. Brandon, 18, who had two black eyes and numerous bruises on her body. She told police Uscanga caused her injuries. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
