Man arrested in Pardeeville for alleged 12th OWI offense

Columbia County authorities arrested a man Saturday for his alleged 12th drunken driving offense. Robert H. Dolgner, 57, was arrested after the Columbia County Sheriff's Office received a report at about 4:50 p.m. that a driver was intoxicated in the village of Pardeeville, the sheriff's office reported.
