Two killed in car-semi crash in Rock County

Poor road conditions are being blamed for a deadly crash in Rock County Wednesday night, with two people killed when their car slid into the path of a semi-trailer truck. Jaime Paiz-Gutierrez, 41, and Guadalupe Ortiz, 45, both of Footville, were killed in the crash on Wisconsin 11 in the town of Center at about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday. Full Story: Madison.com
