Beloit man arrested on alleged child porn charges

A Beloit man has been arrested for allegedly having child pornography on a laptop computer at his home. Tom Phongsa, 2007 Grandview Drive, Beloit, was tentatively charged with four counts of possession of child pornography, according to a news release from the Wisconsin Attorney General's Office.
