Janesville man accused of killing wife who had filed for divorce

JANESVILLE — Police have arrested a Janesville man on a tentative charge of first-degree intentional homicide in the death of his wife, who had recently filed for a divorce. Krystofer R.R. Carlisle, 54, was arrested Wednesday in the death of Traci L. Moyer, 46, who was found dead at about 3 a.m. Saturday at his home. An autopsy found Moyer had been strangled.
