Woman convicted in wrong-way crash that killed moped driver

A woman who struck and killed a moped driver last year while driving in the wrong lane of a Beltline frontage road was convicted Thursday of homicide by negligent driving. Ekaterina Topolkaraeva, 28, of Madison pleaded guilty to the charge Friday in Dane County Circuit Court under a plea agreement reached with prosecutors. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
