Woman accused of alleged 5th OWI with 0.367 blood alcohol level

A Madison woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon on an alleged fifth drunken driving offense with a blood alcohol content of 0.367 on a preliminary test, more than four times the legal limit for a first offense, Madison police reported. Tamara Brunner, 47, was stopped at about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of Cottage Grove Road, Madison police said in a news release. Full Story: The Cap Times
