A Madison man, confronted by his armed wife for some questionable text messages on his phone, was able to disarm her before police arrived to make an arrest.
Essie Braxton, 46, Madison, was arrested on Dec. 22 and tentatively charged with disorderly conduct while armed and criminal damage to property, Madison Police said in a news release.
