West High student taken to hospital after being attacked in school, police say

A 15-year-old female student was taken to the hospital Monday morning after being attacked by a 16-year-old female student who allegedly used a bicycle part as a weapon. The attack was reported at 10:34 a.m. at West High School, 30 Ash St., Madison police said in a news release.
