Warrant issued for one of two charged in alleged hate crime attack

One of two men charged with hate crimes for allegedly attacking a Kenyan man last year is wanted on a warrant after failing to show up to court to face new charges. Justin W. Hurst, 28, of Verona, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotic drugs and two counts of bail jumping for allegedly possessing heroin in Madison earlier this month.
