Vehicle owner upset with tow arrested for threats, police say

A southwest side man who was upset because his vehicle was going to be towed was arrested when he used a baseball bat to threaten the man who OK'd the tow, Madison police reported. Charles Wash was tentatively charged with disorderly conduct while armed, police said in a news release. The incident happened on Saturday at about 4:30 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 4300 block of Britta Drive. Full Story: Madison.com
