Update: 'Molotov cocktails' brought to Capitol were nonflammable, fire official says

Update 6:30 p.m.: Madison Fire Department Division Chief Lance Langer said Wednesday the bottles of liquid carried into the state Capitol on Tuesday by Kvon Smith were nonexplosive and nonflammable. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
