SWAT team arrests 2 in Beloit drug search

Two Beloit men were arrested Monday on drug charges during the execution of a search warrant by SWAT officers, with drugs, paraphernalia and cash found during the search, authorities reported. Demetrious Broadwater, 43, and LaShawn Figgins, 42, were taken into custody by the Rock County Sheriff's Office SWAT team at 1102 Sixth Street in Beloit, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.
