State Supreme Court again refuses to take up voter ID case

The Wisconsin Supreme Court on Monday refused to review a Madison judge's ruling striking down the state's voter identification law. The law, which requires all voters to show photo IDs at the polls, was challenged in December 2011 by Voces de la Frontera, an immigrant rights group, and the Milwaukee branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
