Sex offender to live in Monroe, police say

A convicted sex offender is set to be released to a residence in Monroe on Tuesday, according to a news release from the Monroe Police Department. Larry Hermann, 65, will be living at 1317 17th St. in Monroe, and will be under 24-hour GPS monitoring as well as being closely supervised by probation and parole agents. Full Story: The Cap Times
