Sauk County factory worker charged with theft

BARABOO — A Sauk County cheese factory employee is accused of bilking her employer out of more than $24,000 over a six-month period. Carmen J. Stankovich, 52, of Muscoda, has been charged with felony theft. She allegedly delivered hundreds of pounds of cheese to paying customers, but kept some or all of their payments for herself.
