Report of shots fired on South Side causes nearby elementary school to be locked down

Leopold Elementary School on Madison's South Side was locked down Wednesday afternoon after shots were reportedly fired nearby around the time County Executive Joe Parisi was leaving the area after opening a new Early Childhood Initiative office.
