Rape charges against restaurant worker on hold as DA seeks TV station video

The wait for charges against a restaurant worker who allegedly raped a female customer at a Cross Plains restaurant will continue while Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne tries to get a judge to order a Madison television station to turn over video of an interview it did with the victim.
