Quick pics of alleged thief leads to arrest, police say

A cellphone came in handy at a State Street bar, helping police catch an alleged crook. Brian Bromberek, 29, Milwaukee, was tentatively charged with theft and possession of Schedule I and II narcotics, following his arrest downtown around 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Madison police said in a news release.
