Police: Man attacked in car in downtown parking garage

A man sitting in a parked car suffered cuts and a dislocated shoulder when he was attacked by two men in a downtown parking garage, police reported. The attack happened at about 1:40 a.m. Friday in the 400 block of East Wilson Street, the Madison Police Department said in a news release. Full Story: Madison.com
