Outside jury ordered in quadruple homicide arson trial

A judge has ordered that an outside jury will hear the trial of an Argyle man accused of killing his three children in a house fire last September. Green County Circuit Court Judge Thomas Vale ruled that an outside jury was needed because the potential jury pool in Lafayette County, population 16,815, has probably been tainted by "inflammatory publicity" surrounding Armin Wand III, who faces four counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
