Man who used women's restroom at State Street coffeehouse arrested after pulling knife on employee, police say

A Madison man who used the women's restroom at a State Street coffeehouse on Sunday morning was arrested after pulling a knife on an employee, Madison police reported. Quincy Franklin, 26, was arrested at Michelangelo's, 114 State St., at about 8:10 a.m. Sunday and tentatively charged with disorderly conduct while armed, police said in a news release.
