Man who died after hit by vehicle may have already been lying on road

A Madison man who died Sunday after he was found on Portage Road with massive head and neck injuries may have already been lying on the road when he was run over by a vehicle, Madison police said Tuesday. Madison police spokesman Joel DeSpain said the injuries suffered by Aryle Dahlke "are consistent with being struck by the undercarriage of a vehicle." Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
