Man may have attempted to abduct woman downtown, police say

A man grabbed a 21-year-old Madison woman by the arm Downtown early Saturday night and appeared to be trying to get her to come with him, according to a report of a suspicious person filed by Madison police Monday. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
