Man gets 20 years in prison for fatal shooting after fight over food

Edgar Salinas-Leal, who shot and killed a friend after a fight over some food, was sentenced Friday to 20 years in prison in an emotional hearing. Before Dane County Circuit Judge Stephen Ehlke pronounced the sentence, Deborah Ballweg, the wife of shooting victim Darrell Ballweg, was allowed the unusual opportunity to speak one more time.
