Man charged with threats to kill others, sent to Mendota for mental exam

A 20-year-old Madison man, hospitalized for psychiatric treatment, was charged Wednesday with two counts of attempted first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly making threats to his psychiatrist to kill his neighbors and one of his friends.
