Man accused of holding pen to throat of mental health evaluator

A man who demanded a mental health evaluation at the Dane County Jail was charged Wednesday with reckless endangerment for allegedly holding a pen to the throat of his evaluator. Rondino Fleming, 20, of Madison, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment for the incident Sunday night at the jail. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
