Madison man identified as driver killed in Highway 151 rollover crash

The Dane County Sheriff's Office has identified the driver killed in a one-vehicle crash early Monday in the town of York as Frederick Smith, 53, of Madison. A passenger, Dandre A. Barber, 28, of Juneau, was taken to UW Hospital with minor injuries, the Sheriff's Office said. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
