Madison man found guilty of attempted sexual assault

A Madison man was found guilty by a jury Friday of one count of attempted sexual assault of a child stemming from the groping of a 15-year-old girl in a Fitchburg park. Jesse L. Taylor, 19, faced seven counts of sexual assault for the alleged rape of a 16-year-old girl at a Fitchburg park in May 2011 along with the groping of the 15-year-old girl in the park and allegedly on another occasion at West High School.
