Janesville man faces 8th OWI after allegedly crashing stolen car

A Janesville man was arrested early Sunday on tentative charges that include his eighth felony drunken driving offense after allegedly stealing a car from a Janesville home and dumping it in a ditch, the Rock County Sheriff’s Office reported in a news release. Full Story: Wisconsin State Journal
