A Janesville man was arrested for what would be his fourth drunken driving offense Friday night in the town of Rock.
At around 9:08 p.m. Rock County sheriff's deputies were called to the Willowdale Saloon, 5905 Highway 11, about 3 miles west of Janesville, by bar patrons who said an SUV had been doing "doughnuts" in the parking lot, spraying gravel onto parked cars and damaging one, authorities said.
