Erratic driving leads to heroin OWI arrest, police say

An Orfordville woman was cited Tuesday morning for operating a vehicle while under the influence for driving after using heroin she just purchased, Madison police reported. Kathleen Prindiville, 47, also was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and operating after suspension, police said in a news release. Full Story: Madison.com
