DARLINGTON — The brothers accused of killing three young children in a September house fire in Argyle pleaded not guilty on Wednesday to murder, attempted murder and arson charges.
At an afternoon hearing at the Lafayette County Courthouse, a judge granted Armin Wand III's request to be tried separately from his brother, Jeremy Wand, 18. Armin Wand's weeklong jury trial was set to begin Feb. 25.
