Beloit police: Man in camouflage 'tests' school security, arrested

A Beloit man dressed in camouflage who wanted to "test" the security at an elementary school Tuesday was arrested after trying to get into the school, police and school officials reported. Dwight Miller, 58, was tentatively charged with disorderly conduct and a probation violation after he allegedly tried to get into Converse Elementary School, 1602 Townline Ave. Full Story: Madison.com
