Beloit police responding to reports of a loud party issued 27 citations for underage drinking and other alleged offenses at a home in the 900 block of Clary Street about 10:40 p.m. Saturday.
Police said about half of the 40-plus people at the party were under 21, according to a news release from Sgt. Ryan Flanagan.
