Alleged drunken driver arrested after hit-and-run crash

An alleged drunken driver was arrested following a hit-and-run crash last week on Madison's north side. Thomas McGinley, 48, Madison, was tentatively charged with operating while intoxicated, operating with a prohibited alcohol content, hit and run of an attended vehicle and failure to yield, the Madison Police Department said in a news release.
