State biz plan contest gets record entries

A record number of people submitted entries to the 10th annual Wisconsin Governor’s Business Plan Contest by the Jan. 31 deadline. Business plan concepts came from 296 people, up from the previous record of 287 in 2009. They submitted a total of 326 proposals and represented 106 Wisconsin communities.
