A 54-year-old Madison man was beaten up downtown Wednesday night by a young man who claimed the victim was looking at him "the wrong way," police reported.
Timothy McLeod, 22, no permanent address, was arrested and tentatively charged with battery, the Madison Police Department stated in a news release.
